Terms of Use
Please read these terms carefully before sealing promises on our cryptographic ledger.
1. Binding Agreement
By accessing Minted and checking the terms checkbox during commitment creation, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the platform.
2. Cryptographic Permanence
WARNING: All sealed commitments are generated with unique SHA-256 fingerprint hashes and saved permanently in the database. Due to the immutable receipt architecture of the ledger, commitments CANNOT be edited, altered, or deleted once sealed.
You assume full responsibility for the content of the promises you make and acknowledge that they will be publicly queryable if their corresponding receipt URL is shared or published on the Global Public Ledger.
3. Limits and Stripe Payments
Registered users are allocated up to 3 lifetime free commitments. Any additional commitments beyond this limit require a Pay-What-You-Want support contribution (starting at $1.00 USD) processed securely through our integration with Stripe. All contributions are final and non-refundable.
4. Acceptable Conduct
You agree not to use Minted to create promises containing illegal content, hate speech, threats of violence, or defamatory material. We reserve the right to flag, hide, or deactivate any receipt records violating these standards at our discretion.
